How long do your candles burn?
8oz {Travel Tins} burn 25+ hours
9oz {Medium Jars} burn 35+ hours
20oz {3 Wick Candles} burn 50+ hours

Trim your wick in between uses.

Do you make custom candles?
Yes, we love making custom orders. We can create photo candles, candles with your logo, candles custom for special events such as baby showers, weddings, ect. If you are interested in something custom please reach out! We will be more than happy to assist you!
Do you offer discounted refills?
Yes, we do offer discounted refills on our Large 3 Wick Jars. Once you've finished burning your candle. Bring it in clean and choose from our current available scents. Please allow a few days for us to refill your jar.
If you have a favorite jar/container bring it in clean and we would be happy to fill it.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes we do offer wholesale, if you are interested please contact us!
What do I do if my candle arrives broken/damaged?
We are so sorry to hear that your item is damaged. If your item arrives damaged / broken / defective - Please contact us within 24 hours of recieving your item. We do request a photo of the damaged item so we can make a report to the mail carrier.
You may email your photo to shopsaltyscents@gmail.com
Once we recieve the photo we will get you a new product shipped out ASAP!
